The Challenge
Currently the landscape for comparing hotels is cluttered with sites that have complicated interfaces. We need to find a more effective way to find inexpensive hotels for those who are on a budget.
After the usability tests, I realized I could enhance the user’s needs to find affordable hotels by creating a second filter that not only lets you choose within your price range but sort fromt the lowest to highest, a feature not often seen in hotel navigation. The revised wireframe appears to meet the key needs for individuals to find transparent and affordable lodging quickly.
This project was a personal challenge to myself to design a mobile app dedicated to BAMcinema Fest. My goal was to allow fans to view the shows in the festival, purchase tickets and be able to share and review the films that they have seen.
Sailor Moon Drops was a mobile app game that I often played when it was first released. Essentially it was Sailor Moon meets Bejeweled - COUNT ME IN.
Eager to step up my gaming skills to beat my roommates score, I went to their website only to find a jumbled mess. My goal for this project was to simplify the layout while retaining the old school characteristics of the orginal webpage. Unfortunately, the original webpage has been taken down now that the game has been discontinued.
CGMA is a great resource for artists to develop their skills in concept art. When first visiting the site, I often had trouble finding what I wanted. The website has recently been remodeled but prior to it’s update, I took it upon myself to design an alternative experience in searching for classes.
